Purchasing a home in this market is difficult to say the least. Jim was right on new listings, emailing them as soon as they hit the market. He makes himself available & made the deal happen on a multiple offer home. He even offered to help when we were having issues on our sale of our previous home in another county. There are plenty of shady, greedy agents out there but Jim is one of the good ones.

What an absolute GEM!!! If you are looking for a real estate guru look no further!!

Sadly with the help of my mom we had to put my aunt into a home. In order to pay for her care we needed to sell her house.. Jim took what was an absolute run down dilapidated disaster,as my aunt sadly let the home go, and turned it into an absolute diamond! I wish I had some before and after photos to show you all the work that he put into this house!!

We would have been lost without! He was so patient and understanding! He was able to get us a price that was well above asking! Anytime we had a question or a concern he got back to us immediately.
